North Park Craftsman Update
This classic craftsman home was in need of some real TLC.
Scope of Work:
- Replace failing fascia and install new flashing
- Install new exterior door threshold
- Power wash exterior of house, scrape all loose paint caulk all open joints, replace bad siding at South side and 2 access
doors. - Paint all trim in white or similar color and all field or siding and exposed footing in blue or similar.
- Painting of fence at side yard.
- Rebuild 15 screens in similar style to what is existing.
- Demolish failing brick chimney to below eaves and install transition for new roof termination
- Rebuild chimney stack for direct vent gas fireplace insert from demolished chimney to approximately 24″ above roof
line. This includes new metal ductwork assembly to terminate the supply/ exhaust system properly above the roof line,
flashing as required for waterproofing the roof, and attaching to the existing duct work in the chimney chase.
